Marta Pinto, also known by her stage name ‘Marluna’, is an interdisciplinary artist who works in the fields of music, visual arts, theatre, dance and writing. Her musical work focusses primarily on singing – she has sung in various choirs since childhood and has received classical vocal training. She also plays the piano, guitar and percussion, creating sound spaces that offer a sensory experience and invite you to pause for a moment. Her concerts are intimate experiences that give the audience space for self-perception. In addition to her artistic practice, she works worldwide as an art therapist and is involved in international social art projects, where she enables people to experience art as a medium for reflection, self-expression, perception and community.
