Lilian Genn is a music mediator and movement teacher. In the field of music education, she conceives and stages a wide variety of concert formats at international concert halls, and in many projects she participates as a performer herself. She has designed commissioned productions for the Konzerthaus and Musikverein Vienna, the Vienna and Berlin Philharmonic Orchestras, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonie Luxembourg, the Bregenz Festival, the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra Innsbruck and the Tonkünstler Orchestra of Lower Austria. Lilian Genn also specialises in body presence training for musicians and orchestras. She is a lecturer for body presence and performance skills as well as embodiment on the instrument at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität Wien and the Kunstuniversität Graz and conducts further training for teachers. Since 2012 she has been designing one-week intensive workshop formats for the Fondation EME in Luxembourg.
