Originally from Málaga in Spain, Beatriz Jiménez began playing the cello at the conservatory in her hometown. She continued her training at the Conservatoire de Musique de la Ville de Luxembourg, where her family moved in 2003.
In 2016, she successfully completed her Master's degree at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.
She has been lucky enough to take part in masterclasses with great musicians such as Raphaël Pidoux, Lluis Claret, Maria Kliegel and Mirel Iancovici, each of whom has enriched her vision, honed her skills and refined her interpretation of the cello.
Today, Beatriz teaches at the École de Musique d'Hesperange and performs regularly in Luxembourg and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
