Arina was born in Tambov, Russia, into a family of professional musicians. She began her piano studies at the age of seven. In 1998 she joined the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music in Moscow, graduating in 2003. Since then, she has worked as an accompanist at the A. Schnittke Institute of Music in Moscow.
She regularly gives concerts as both soloist and chamber musician. She is a member of Geoff Piper's ‘Lyric Suites’ group of musicians. In this context, she has given concerts with Ruxandra Barac, Danièle Patz, Janja Vuletic and Jean-Nico Schambourg.
