Call for participants - pOpera

pOpera is open to all participants, with a special focus on refugees and newcomers to Luxembourg.

Under the guidance of a dedicated and talented artistic team, participants will benefit from professional mentoring during workshops held at the prestigious Philharmonie Luxembourg. The aims of the project are to

Help to empower refugees through the transformative power of music and storytelling

Help refugees express their personal stories, hopes and dreams in a collaborative and inclusive environment

To foster creativity, artistic ability and greater understanding between different communities

pOpera celebrates the extraordinary talents and stories of people who have been displaced, creating a platform for their voices to be heard and their stories to be shared with a wider audience.

From 5 August to 12 September, the Fondation EME is organising a community opera project in which you will be the main creator.

Are you interested in music or theatre? Then come to the Philharmonie de Luxembourg and join us in this creative adventure to invent a performance to be presented on 11 and 12 September in the Salle musique de Chambre.
